Lovely staff, clean and bright refurbishment of the ground floor. Good room sizes. Great location.
Breakfast was average. More fruit, bread, granola choices required.

Friendly staff on reception. We were in a newly decorated room with new carpet.
No soap in bathroom. No power point next to each side of bed for charging phone etc. Only a bedside table on one side of bed. Hairdryer provided but lead not really long enough to use in front of only mirror which was on bathroom door. As you moved the hairdryer it was pulling from the socket and cutting out.
