The hotel was amazing. Clean and tidy. The room had everything we needed. I had contacted on booking the hotel to inform them that we would be arriving early as we had a matinee show booked and asked if they could store our luggage. They were very happy to facilitate this. On arrival, however, our room was already ready and we were able to check in straight away. We were very pleased with this as we had booked a night time show last minute and it would have meant not checking in until 11:30pm.
Nothing, it was all good.

I stayed on the first floor, G102, and I was tucked away so well that I barely saw any other guests.
There was more than enough room for a solo traveler. I found out there were 3 other rooms on the other side of the floor. For food deliveries, I only had to step outside my door. Everything was clean, the ac worked, but I didn’t need it because the weather was perfect for my entire stay.
The luggage room and the stairs to the basement rooms and to upstairs were in my side of the floor. There was a little noise during breakfast, which is understandable. I was usually running the streets during the check-in hours. All the staff were very friendly and they did pay attention to who was coming and going, which I appreciated. I brought breakfast from outside and they let me use the microwave. Loved being so close to the tube stations. The water pressure was nice and hot all the time! The room and bathroom was a good size at the hotel and everywhere else I went. Thanks, London!

The hotel was nice and clean, great location next to Hyde park and the Queensway station so can travel around with ease. Staff were very friendly as well
In your room you can hear everyone that’s like 2/3 doors down so kept me up and in the middle of the night someone’s phone went off so woke up again from it and then someone’s alarm went off in the morning, The walls are very thin. Not a major issue but parking your car can be expensive

staff very pleasant and let us into room early
tap in bathroom and safe broken. Tap was mended after 2 days but safe wasn't. No mattress cover on bed. Breakfast room was not adequate for number of guests. They were always running out of cutlery, etc. and sometimes there were no tables and seats available
