Warm welcome at all times .Great location, near the Strada Nove, Grand Canal yet close to deserted back streets too. Lovely room, pleasant decorations. Nice breakfasts to start the days .

Great location, staff were accommodating and friendly, room was lovely, aircon was very welcome, shower was amazing - high water pressure and various different settings. Breakfast was plentiful.
Breakfast room was on the small side… that’s all I can think to say!
