Great location.
Squeaky bathroom door! No blanket or comforter on the bed (but we did search and found one). Otherwise a very satisfying and comfortable stay. Thank you!

Location was great. Not too far from the Rialto Bridge and main sites but far enough away from the busiest areas with lovely restaurants close by.
Hotel was clean, staff nice and helpful. Good continental selection at breakfast.
Easy to come and go as you pleased. You were given a code to get in past 11pm.
Our room (4 fireplace) had a partition wall which did not reach the ceiling. Behind it was a store room, so early in the morning we could hear staff moving around we assume preparing for breakfast. It was much smaller than we expected. This was a shame as i booked this for my partners 40th Birthday and it wasn't cheap.
Also we had a fridge supplied with drinks and also tea and coffee. I can accept that you could be charged to have a drink from the fridge but not the tea and coffee! I've never experienced this in any hotel. See price list attached.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff
Breakfast was good.
Ground floor rooms were a little disappointing and nothing like the photos on the site which must show the ‘superior’ rooms. That said they were clean and tidy.

I like the location
I did not like the room. That room was not even photographed. It was so tiny it was like a closet. It was located literally in front of the reception desk. We were awake. Every time the staff would arrive and guest. That was not what I envisioned

"Location, room upgrade, customer service was top notch. They arranged my private water taxi, got us in a room early to help beat the heatwave and even gave us an upgrade. Wonderful place to stay."
