Pitch view room is excellent!
Maybe a little tired in terms of furnishings and fittings. Could do with a spruce up and maybe a coffee machine, packet coffee and creamer only available.

The room was great with a view of the full field. Breakfast was good value.
There is not a lot to do in the area around the hotel

Very nice spacious rooms. Probarly best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Had a nice view of the pitch and would defintley recommend staying here again.
The 11 am check out time as I wanted to stay a lot longer as the hotel was very peaceful. Just got extremely busy around the bar areas.

Ease of location for football match
No heating on in the corridors or the bedroom. Upon arrival it was cold and unwelcoming as we walked to our room and entered. It was like a walk in freezer. Radiator turned off and also a portable oil filled radiator in the room which was unplugged so shows the room must get cold. Also, bathroom was freezing and has no radiator in. Floors are cold and not nice to walk on barefoot , chilly when getting in and out of shower/bath. Stayed on the 1st floor and the noise throughout the night and early hours was shocking. Sounded like banging on metal. Turnstiles were below us and sunday morning was ridiculous for noise and being busy with people working or having some sort of function going on around the outer ground floor.
