Willows, Blackburn by Marston's Inn

Close to family, clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good with a good choice. Enjoyed an evening at the pub and staff were lovely and really accommodating.

A little TLC needed. Needed to ask for extra towels only one hand and bath towel for 2 people. Hairdryer did not work.

That staff where amazing and very polite

Nothing all very good

Clean and well equipped

No bottle opener

the room was lovely and clean but very cold, i tried to alter the heating but all it did was blow more cold air into the room, i had already been into the pub for a meal which was mediocre at the best basically warm microwaved food not the greatest, the staff seemed to be more interested in going home and were regularly seen coming up to tables and just cleaning around, there was an event on and it seemed once this was over they wanted everyone out. when i got to my room and found it really cold i went back to the bar 10.25pm but it was closed so i couldnt ask anyone for more blankets , breakfast was better and had everything on hand , would i stay again prob as the bed was comfy but i did add my coat over the quilt to keep warm , maybe spend another time in summer

extra blankets
