Our room was spacious, perfectly clean, and smelled amazing. Location made exploring so easy, as public transport was highly accessible and got us into the city center within minutes. Breakfast was a spectacular five-star experience—we loved the healthy choices and the high-end tea assortment.
Staff truly made us feel at home. Everyone from the breakfast welcome to the spa reception was incredibly friendly. We want to give a special mention to Britt at the front desk, who gave us a wonderfully warm welcome and the best restaurant tips. We also used the spa every day and want to praise the spa manager/masseuse for delivering exceptional massages.
The interior and ambiance created the perfect holiday escape, topped off by excellent cocktails. While we were sad to miss out on the rooftop on our last evening due to a private company event, we had such a memorable time that we are already planning our next visit.
The gym experience could be improved by updating some of the machinery and managing the high volume of non-guest users who crowd the facility in the morning

The hotel itself was incredibly beautiful with many different forms of leisure (Sauna, Gym, pool, etc). Our room was clean and had a brilliant view of the river. Upon arrival in our room, we received a nice written card with some cookies.. love the small details. The hotel staff were always friendly and willing to help out with any issues or inconveniences. The morning breakfast buffet was divine and accompanied with a great view of the river. We will defo return to the hotel in future! 10/10!

- Extremely beautiful hotel. Interior feels spacious and green. Rooms are beautifully decorated.
- Very calm area and well isolated rooms. We had amazing sleep here.
- The bed is exceptionally comfy.
- Breakfast is really good - many options and all of them delicious.
- There is a restaurant for lunch & dinner and a bakery. Lots of great food options.
- Young, motivated snd friendly staff.
Nothing. For this price this is a truly exceptional hotel.

Breakfast was very good. The room and hotel were very clean. The decoration was nice.
The sliding room divider between the bed area and the rest of the room is terrible. The shower and toilet area along with closets and room entrance are all on one side of the divider, which means if someone is taking shower or using toilet, no one can get in/out of the room, or access the closets from the bed side of the divider!
