Fantastic location, super comfortable and clean, really great staff too. Would stay here again
It’s a small thing but it really needs a towel rail near the sink

It was central and I liked the relaxing reception area
Some staff were abrupt and also spoke loudly to each other which was distracting. When asking for something I was told to wait as they were understaffed. Why was this my problem?
Our room was underground so it was too dark
