This hotel is wonderful. One of Disney’s best. The staff and facilities are five star. Nice to leave the parks after a long day and be right next to the hotel.

Amazing location and vibe
Because we booked through booking.com, we were not able to add any extra or any dining option to this booking. It created a lot of problem. But we got best price

The whole ambience. Really magical.
Could do with a few little upgrades, toilets etc.
Staff a little slow when we were looking to get a cocktail after a day walking in the parks!

Location great and entrance for kids was lovely

So overpriced for 5 star hotel
Breakfast extortionate
All food options so basic and v poor
Bathrooms tiny and so basic
No amenities in room
Barely saw any characters in hotel
Couldn’t get any reservations for lunch or dinner but glad we didn’t eat there after experiencing breakfast one time
