Spacious, clean. The cute little Disney accents were a nice touch. Loved that there were Disney boutiques inside to look around
The housekeeping staff were not really onto it . If you want your room cleaned you have to call. Things like water and towels were not replace,
Even when we called and asked

Great location, wonderful staff
For a hotel that is likely to have a lot of children it seemed to miss obvious conveniences. For example, the one very small elevator to the ground floor making it difficult to come/go with a stroller. Also lots of noise in the night making it difficult for children to stay asleep.

Location
This felt very much like a budget hotel with 5* prices. Bottles of water in the room were not replaced, no mini bar, no room service no facilities to change due to us having a late flight.
