Location perfect , the hotel offers good value for money.

Initial impressions of the exterior (classic two-storey motel layout) not great but the room was great - clean, comfy, big bed, functional bathroom. Good location for downtown walk or drive to nearby beach. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected. Front desk lady quickly sorted a computer error which saw us charged twice for the room.
Nothing really. Does what it says on the tin.

The remodeled rooms are great and the bed is super comfortable. It’s nice to have coffee and other things available all morning.

The lady at the front desk in the afternoon (pretty Hispanic lady) was THE BEST. Very professional. It is the only good thing I will say. I don't write reviews often but others need to know LUMPY, SOFT BED, VERY UNEXCITING BREAKFAST AND THE ROOM STUNK LIKE SEWER WATER. HAD TO TOTALLY SPRAY IT DOWN BEFORE STAYING IN. Not worth the price!
