We were welcomed so warmly from the moment we arrived. The rooms were incredibly clean, the mattresses were amazing, and the breakfast was honestly beyond fantastic.
What really made the stay special, though, was the hospitality. The lovely lady at reception was so kind and caring. She was there late in the evening and then somehow there again incredibly early in the morning for breakfast.
I had already had a few very tough days on the TMB, and I can honestly say this hotel was exactly what I needed at that moment. I felt genuinely seen as a person, not just treated like another customer.
That kind of hospitality is quite rare, and it really stayed with me. A very special place with incredibly warm and genuine service.

Exceptional quality of service ! The family that run this hotel and all the staff are VERY friendly ! They genuinely want to help you and make your stay easy and comfortable. The location is perfect, the room has a beautiful view of the mountains, the breakfast is generous and delicious with home-made ingredients and a wide selection of cheese and jams. I would gladly return to this hotel if I come back to Courmayeur.
Everything was perfect

We loved everything about this hotel, the online photos don’t do it justice. The staff were very friendly and the family run nature gave it a lovely feel. Breakfast spread was good, shuttle service to the ski lift was very efficient. Would definitely recommend staying here.
If you want to ski on the day you check out no showering facilities. However, did have lockers to house our stuff for the morning.
