Friendliness of staff members. Facilities and location and room.
Nothing!

This hotel has beautiful views, a cosy apartment with a fireplace, and a lovely spa. As we visited out of season it wasn’t busy. The staff facilitated everything we asked for.
Sadly the apartments aren’t very soundproof, so we could hear people on both sides. Also be aware that children are allowed in the wellness pool area so it’s not always peaceful.
