No blackout drapes. The breakfast section was not good

Location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast could be improved by adding options that aren't served on a roll and by offering more hot options.

Cleanliness size of the room and the rooftop.
The bed was not the best.

We really liked that it was clean and that the staff were very nice and they had a great variety of options for breakfast.
The toilet in our room ran the whole time we were there even though we asked for some assistance with getting it fixed, the laundry machines were absolutely abysmal and barely worked at all. Also of note, if you book a room with “no view” it literally has no windows.
