The hotel is well placed within New Orleans to get to most attractions, albeit they are still a 15-20 minute walk away. The parking was good in the on-site multi-story and the staff were great. Rooms were fairly modern and of a good size.
The rooms were not as sound-proof as I am used to, meaning I could hear neighboring rooms and corridor traffic. Also the hotel is surrounded by high-rise buildings meaning the rooftop pool only gets direct sun for a small part of the day.

Good location & nice shower gel
Thought parking was expensive & we didn’t get our room serviced during our stay when I mentioned this at check out the reception staff didn’t seem bothered

Close to Superdome and down town
Beds hard, no seat on shower, slow elevators and 1 broken elevator which slowed down things too. Need to unlock balcony, chair on balcony and a recliner in room, 2 beds need 2 chairs...
