My room was quite large, especially for New York City. It contained a full kitchenette and bathroom as well as plenty of room to walk around. Much more than I was expecting. Additionally, it was impeccably clean.
Hell‘s Kitchen is probably not the most glamorous part of Manhattan. There are a few homeless and crazies walking the streets. Hells Kitchen is a bit grotty but very convenient.

The location is excellent. The room is very quiet inside. Private bathroom / kitchen was convenient. Very secure with coded building door and coded hotel room doors. Friendly and helpful owner.
The decor is a bit out dated. Could do with a refresh. No elevator for suitcases.
