We just stayed there for 4 nights in July. We had a standard king room.
THE GOOD:
great location, close to everything it was perfect.
Friendly staff, super kind, cheerful and helpful.
Room was larger than i expected honestly.
Basement lounge with filtered water and a bathroom we could use when we arrived earlier than check in after a red eye flight to freshen up (no shower).
THE LESS GOOD:
no elevator, we knew that going in but just keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues.
The shower was not awesome, there was no lip so water went all over the bathroom. No door either, just a little piece of glass that served little benefit.
Bathroom door was probably a stretch of the word 'door' but if you're close with your travel buddy it will be ok.
Quite loud, but it is Times Square so pack some earplugs and enjoy the location.
$5 per bag to store luggage after checkout seemed a little much. We already paid to stay, is it that much to ask to just store our bags?
All in all i would book it again no issue. It is pretty much just a room, no amenities etc and it worked for our needs.

Perfect stay for 2 people. The bed was big enough, comfy & clean. We were up the 4th floor and the only downside is the steep stairs. No elevator which was perfectly fine because I knew what I had signed up for!! So many food options around!! Would definitely stay again!!
