It was comfortable. The dog kit was a nice touch.
I asked for no stairs. The stairs were steep. We had a lot of trouble getting in to the room. The office was closed when it was supposed to be open. The phone call took 45 minutes.

I like the room and the view was ok it was clean and it wasn't a long walk.
The tree block the view would be better if they cut them, also a ice machine would be nice there wasn't one. The booking.com was so slow at getting my code for the door to get in no one reply to my message about that problem I book the room the same day I was down there and I wasn't sure i was able to get in cause there no staff and its all done on this app luckily I found a phone number on a small windows I called that number and didn't have any problem but that was my biggest problem.

Location was great
I hated the 10 digit keypad !! Got better at it though !!

I liked the view and the staff guy that came to fix the tv issue was very nice.
The outlets on the side where the beds were weren't fully functioning. Couldn't use both the slots on each outlet because only one slot worked on each of the 3 outlets. Didn't have garbage can bags to change out the 2 small garbage cans so we just kept dumping them in the big garbage can outside our room.
