Run down broken falsely advertised house!!
The way the house was laid out
Was falsely advertised.
*Broken hot tub
*Broken pool sticks and no chalk
*air hockey table pucks kept getting stuck inside.
*upstairs toilet was broken and running when we got there. Had to pull the chain to get it to flush.
*upstairs bed was Broken and squeaked when u would barley touch it. Made it hard to sleep.
*remote batteries in livingroom were dead so TV didn't work correctly.
*gates inside house for babies or dogs were broken and just had past damaged on the walls from past use.
*Why isn't there a regular coffee pot or Keurig machine?! They have some fancy coffee thing that looks like it belongs in a coffee shop. I don't want to read a manual on vacation to just get some morning coffee. Spent about $100 plus just on Dutch. Good thing that's only 5 mins away.
*Xbox would turn on but not show up on the TV regardless of following the instructions they left. Plus, the TV up in the kids room was on fuzzy channels. The only TV that worked was downstairs in the game room. We didn't try the TV in the bedroom downstairs.
*Doesn't have a ocean view, even from the top balcony. I think they used a drone to get the ocean view picture.
* I reported everything and they acted like it was all new unknown issues. Not true!! Shows in their guest book multiple guest reporting the same issues for the last 5 years. They are liars!!! Crooks just trying to make fast money but not keeping up with their units. They basically own all those house bunched up and just profit off people like me trying to have a vacation. It wasn't a vacation and it ruined it!! I paid almost 1700 for 3 nights of disappointment.
*The workers they had working outside were also super creepy and unprofessional. Would stare super weird to the point of being creepy. They didn't even seem to working. Just moved equipment around and randomly grabbed some shells to lay out. One was even smoking as he was randomly moving some shells with a rack.
