The location was perfect and within walking distance to all the things we wanted to see. The guy who checked us in (Olen I think) was great and gave us a recommendation for the BEST cheesesteak in the area! The bar tender was also very friendly and personable!
We had a small cleanliness hiccup upon arrival but were offered another room immediately.

The room was delightful. The decor was elegant for a small space. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to my partner and I.
There wasn't anything I did not like.

Karim was outstanding!! And the sales manager was very helpful and friendly!
Wish we could've stayed longer!

This is a great location close to the City Hall, the bus, and the Reading Terminal Market. Easy and welcoming Lobby Space for visiting and a friendly bar. Pretty clean and functional room.
Tepid water for showers twice. Staff perfunctory, but efficient. Main lobby entry stair difficult especially for lugging bags. Very high priced “store” off lobby. Noisy and clunky room air system, we shut it off, and put up with a too warm room.
