Staff was excellent, and our stay was very comfortable!
The front door access needs some repair as you have to manually open after scanning your card.and the door is rather heavy to open.

Cleanliness, Design, Function. Location. Staff at Front Desk, Staff cleaning rooms, and mostly staff at breakfast cafe.
Pillows are too big and are uncomfortable for the neck. Staff were really slow at breakfast (one out of three) mornings.

This property is very conveniently located in the center of the city.
The room was starting to look a little tired -- cracked toilet cover, tape holding a molding on, etc.

The hotel was very nice. The room seemed very clean. It was very quiet, that was nice. I liked the coffee shop and the employees at the coffee shop.
The staff was not friendly or very helpful at all. The restaurant was not very good. (though I did like the coffee shop a lot)
