Property was acceptable, nothing fancy. Room was warm and uncomfortable to sleep … opened windows, no screen and bugs come in. A lot of furniture in the room made it seem smaller. Shower was lovely, bed very comfy. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Really nice staff.

The location was good but apart from that, there wasn't much else to commend. Except there was one porter (a young man) who was very helpful when we left - he helped us find our Uber, which went to a street around the corner of the hotel. He helped us get our cases into the car too.
The room was warm, and we'd let reception know, and they sent someone up who fiddled with a couple of buttons, which we'd done anyway. There was no change to the room temperature, so the night's sleep wasn't terribly comfortable. The beds weren't terribly comfortable either and there was no iron in the room. We asked reception if they had a wine opener, as we had a wine we wanted to drink but apparently they had no wine opener, which seems very strange for Paris! The hotel reception staff weren't all that friendly or helpful to be honest.
