The Space:

There is something wonderfully easy about a stay at Oceanside Modern Oasis. Tucked into the coastal landscape of Oceanside and just a short walk from the beach, this newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath home gives you a beautiful place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the Oregon Coast together.



Step inside and the first thing you'll notice is the light. Wall-to-ceiling windows stretch across the main living space from the living room into the kitchen, bringing the ocean views and surrounding nature right into the home. High ceilings, fresh white oak LVT flooring, and thoughtfully chosen furnishings give the space a clean, modern coastal feel, while comfortable seating and an open layout make it feel like somewhere you can truly settle in.



The window-lined breakfast nook may quickly become your favorite spot. Its comfortable horseshoe-shaped seating is made for slow mornings with coffee and a good book, but don't overlook it when the weather turns. Bring a blanket, curl up, and watch the rain, wind, and waves move across the coast. There is something particularly cozy about experiencing an Oregon Coast storm from the warmth of this little corner of the house.



The kitchen is equally inviting, with modern finishes, stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything you need to make breakfast before a day at the beach or dinner to enjoy together at home. With the kitchen and living room connected, everyone can stay part of the conversation whether they're cooking, relaxing, or watching the view.



Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms has a queen-size bed, creating a comfortable retreat for up to six guests. Three full bathrooms make mornings easy, while a jetted soaking tub offers an especially nice way to unwind after a day of exploring the coast.



Outside, two decks give you even more ways to enjoy your surroundings. Start the morning in the fresh coastal air, spend the afternoon watching the landscape change, or settle in for an evening sunset over the Pacific. Then, when you're ready to call it a day, the private hot tub is waiting. After a walk along the beach, a hike, or a day exploring nearby towns, there may be no better place to end the evening.



And there is plenty to explore beyond the house. Walk down to the beach for a morning stroll, search for treasures along the shoreline, or visit nearby Tunnel Beach and Agate Beach. Grab some of the best fish tacos of your trip at a local café, take a scenic drive to Cape Meares Lighthouse, or head to Netarts and Tillamook for restaurants, shops, outdoor adventures, local festivals, and seasonal events.



While summer brings classic beach days, Oceanside is a year-round coastal destination. Spring is beautiful for hiking and exploring, fall brings quieter beaches and changing skies, and winter storms can make a cozy day inside feel just as memorable as a sunny one. Things To Know:

Limited cell service: Service can be intermittent throughout Oceanside. Plan ahead and enjoy a chance to unplug and settle into the coast.

Three-level home: The home has three levels connected by stairs. Guests with mobility considerations should plan accordingly.

Shoe-free home: Please remove shoes upon arrival to help keep the home clean and comfortable. A convenient shoe area is provided near the entrance.

Coastal climate: There is no A/C, which is typical for the Oregon Coast. Open the windows and enjoy the naturally cool coastal air.

Fire safety: Seasonal fire restrictions may apply. Please follow all local regulations and posted fire-safety guidelines during your stay.
