Great value for a large family. A family of 5 including a FIL were vacationing in Valencia for a week. This apt has 3 rooms on main floor and a loft on 2nd fl, so enough rooms for everyone and more. Bldg is beach front and a short walk to beach. It’s something about sleeping with sound of wave and breeze. We appreciate that apt has two beach umbrellas with carrier with wheels. Owner provided with pool pass, but it wasn’t for the pool overlooking the apt and for a pool near the marina which is about 10mins of walk. Kids enjoyed playing on the beach with their cousin staying nearby, so we never had a chance to set foot on the pool. Both pools are public pools with paid access and not part of the apt bldg. BTW, we rented a SUV from Barcelona and worried about parking. The parking is limited, but there’s an empty lot (dirt field) with ample parking with short distance. We did took advantage of our rented SUV few times to nearby supermarket Alcampo and to Oceangrafic aquarium.

The views are amazing! The living room is not very comfortable for a large group. The terrace upstairs is great. Nice hosts.
