From the moment you step over the threshold at El Secanet, you feel welcome and right at home. Salva is a fantastic host, and this place truly excels within its category.
The surroundings are peaceful, cosy, and beautifully maintained. The garden is incredibly beautiful and a real experience to stroll through. On top of that, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the entire property is exceptionally clean.
The place serves as an ideal base whether you are looking to explore local nature and culture, or simply unwind and relax.
The food is fantastic. Everything is homemade from scratch with local ingredients, representing true, honest Spanish cuisine crafted with love and care.
If you want to experience authentic Spain, genuine hospitality, and real Spanish food, El Secanet is the place to be. We would love to come back:-)

Nous avons passé 10 jours à El Sacanet et nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour ! 😊
C’est un établissement familial, chaleureux et convivial, idéal pour se déconnecter du quotidien et profiter pleinement de quelques jours de repos. Le cadre est agréable, le jardin est magnifique, l’ambiance est paisible et on s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi.
Un grand merci à Salva, notre hôte, qui est vraiment aux petits soins. Toujours disponible, attentionné et de bon conseil, il prend le temps de partager avec nous ses bonnes adresses, ses conseils et les endroits à découvrir dans les environs. Ses recommandations nous ont été très utiles pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour.
Et bien sûr, impossible de ne pas mentionner son adorable petit chat simba 🐱, très attachant, qui apporte encore un peu plus de vie et de charme à l’établissement. 😻
Après ces 10 jours de séjour, nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs, reposés et ravis de cette belle découverte.
Merci Salva pour ton accueil, ta gentillesse et toutes tes petites attentions ! Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter à ceux qui recherchent un endroit familial, authentique et propice à la déconnexion.

We stayed at El Secanet for four nights, and it was absolutely wonderful. It’s a charming boutique guesthouse set in a quiet, beautiful village. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, with cozy beds and great air conditioning.
What truly makes this place special, though, is the host, Salva. He cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners for us (we chose to dine in three nights!), was always eager to help, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s warm and plenty big enough for a guesthouse—most of the time, we had it entirely to ourselves! The property also features a lovely garden, a children's playground, a friendly cat and dog, and even a chicken coop. Valencia is just a short drive away, and there are plenty of small local towns to explore nearby.
