We had so much fun at the hotel! It is very clean, they really care that you have a nice time, small details like the umbrella in the room made the stay even better. It is really quiet so you might hear noise from other rooms but other than that it was an amazing stay, the dog park is perfect and the pools are also clean and spacious. The food was delicious, great parking space and we felt very welcomed by everyone at the hotel. Oh! And the shuttle service was also very punctual and helpful!

The hotel was beautiful, our room was the best , great view !
Shower stall would back up , entry door lock would jam. Reported both to staff.

They put us in the oldest part of the hotel. The prices in Matt's went up so much it was not affordable anymore. There was no wait service at the pool for drinks as in the past. The Concierge was unprofessional when confronted with a question.
