We loved the resort’s location, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the elevators were out of service for our entire stay, and since our room was on the third floor, having to use the stairs each time was inconvenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Check in could have been better. We arrived early and was told we would be notified when our room was ready but no one notified us. I had to check again on my own after waiting for hours in the lobby. Room was clean, but the bathroom door handle came off when I tried to close the door, the sink had a poor drain, elevator didnt work, no ice machine nearby you have to go to lobby to request ice, and no microwave anywhere on premises. The private beach, pool, and hot tub were awesome and they did accommodate late check out. Overall good stay
