For us it was all about the location. Walk right down to the beach. Exactly what we wanted for a quick beach stay! Kids loved the pool too!
Keypad locks!!

Fantastic view of the ocean.
We did have to go up 3 flights of stairs - but got help with our luggage and it was no problem.

Nice room, very clean and well kept.
Beach currently being repaired (new sand soon) so no strolls along the beach. Otherwise perfect.

On the water.
-They had massive construction going on and didn’t notify guests ahead. Parking was awful as there is construction everywhere.
- our room was 3 stories up and no elevator and stairs were outside rickety 1950s style stairs that had loose boards. Scary!
- for some units, you have to walk through (not past but through) other guests’ decks to get to your own. Very intrusive.
- upkeep wasn’t well done so things like blinds were broken and not fixed.
