A excellent boutique hotel located in the heart of Great Neck.

I highly depend on warm welcome and ambience. Love that the feeling of location is small more like an Inn than a htel.
What would make the facility perfect, would be All day Snack Food and Beverages incl room setvice.

Breakfast was fine, and the front desk staff is always very nice. Paul is terrific.
I think the rooms can use an update. I've been coming for decades; I love the people and the location, but things like half the plugs in the room didn't work. I just think it needs a detailed walkthrough.

Location
The towels were a huge problem. They were unable to absorb any water. It was like squeeze in your body. We think it’s probably a way there. Processed with a water softener. That’s making a casing on the cotton fiber so it will absorb water. It’s a nightmare to use.
