The hotel was conveniently located to the Flushing subway station and the LIRR station. The room was very clean and very comfortable.

Very clean, beds were super comfy, looked brand new
Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Staff was rude at front desk. No welcome or banter. Just 'give me your ID and credit card, and here's your key'. No greeting, no smile, asked a question about dinner (it was late) and they replied - restaurant is closed. No suggestions or options given. When I left there was no thank you or recognition of leaving.

The station is about 7 blocks away. From there, it is just one stop to the tennis center. Not many dining options near the hotel though
Fire alarms went off repeatedly during the first night of our stay
