The staff was great. The rooms were clean and the shower was large and safe. No slipping in the shower.
The beds were to hard and the pillows were way too soft. My husband slept on the couch sitting up. I was awake and watched tv.

Although through no fault of yours, when my out of town guest arrived she could not check in...computer down. Facility was clean & nice she did mention some kind of noise issue, I am not sure what she was referring to...if necessary I could follow up and ask her to explain.
And, because it was Carnation Festival week in Alliance I had arranged for carnations to be put in her room....she did not get them! She was the featured keynote speaker at Mount Union College.
Every year I book a speaker for the festival, this is the first time I have used Hampton Inn in Alliance.
