Our hotel stay was good for the price and location of our work conference. It was a little hectic checking in due to the browns and guardians game going on on the same day. Rooms were comfortable, clean. It was a little loud each night as we were right downtown. Lots of sirens, motorcycles and cars. Might not be the best. Kid-friendly hotel due to location. Would definitely stay again as we completely enjoy a good Hampton inn.
I think the main thing that made our trip started off on a bad note was the woman who checked us in on Sunday, October 18th around 4:00. She was very rude, unhelpful and just made a bad start to our trip.
I also think the breakfast was not up to par for a normal Hampton inn. The omelets were good but the scrambled eggs and sausage were cold and not cooked. This was very surprising for a Hampton inn as most of the time. We have great breakfast options.

Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were modern. The breakfast area was nicely stocked. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Check-in was easy.
Water bottles in the fridge would be nice.

The property is located in close proximity to restaurants and activities.
Rooms were humid. Difficult to regulate temperature. The breakfast was just ok. It wasn’t that great. Staff not that pleasant. We found dried poop around the rim in the toilet. And a small pike of sand in the corner by the bed. We go to that area often and will not be staying there again. Very disappointing.
