Location! You can walk everywhere! Given the parking situation, being able to leave your car in the lot is great!
Bathrooms are small, but all the buildings are old, so it’s expected. The shower was modernized!

Location and value
It's a old motel. I got what I expected

Room was freshly remodeled. Location was ok. Can't think of anything else.
Check in was bad. We booked 2 rooms. The first room they gave us was already in use. The 2nd room was ok and was remodeled. The quality of the remodel was poor. Pillows were like bricks. Footstool in room was a joke. TV didn't work very well.
