Nice hotel with good breakfast.
Advertised as "Downtown historic district" but it really is a 20 minute walk there... Also the hot tub closed at dusk, which was disappointing after a long day of walking around.

Clean and comfortable
Location. Was hoping to be in historic downtown so we could do more walking.

The location was ideal, the rooms were clean and spacious. Previously stayed at this hotel. Staff were more friendly on the 1st occasion and less so on this visit.
I think the car parking charge is ridiculous as all my other hotels on the journey (8 before) were free of charge.

Our AC was out until about 4am. I call the front desk @ around midnight, a woman told me she'd call back. It started working a couple hours later without a call back from the woman that I spoke with and then got a call from a gentleman to send someone up. I informed him that that it came on and requested a later check out. He obliged and was very nice. I feel like you shouldn't pay up for Hilton and have a nonfunctioning ac unit in St Augustine in the summer time.
