When we arrived there was nobody there. The receptionist said you booked through someone else. Gave us our room key it was next to the office. We came back and asked if we could a different room up front. She stated you didn't book through us if you book through us tomorrow you can have that room. All night we heard the trucks going by. If it was full I would have understood but it wasn't! What ever happened to customer service! If it was me I would have said certainly let me see what I can do for you. We have stayed other times.it will probably last
Someone at the front desk that cares and listens to your concerns and wants your stay to be the best ever so you want to come back.
