The grounds and beach were beautiful!
The one building did not have an elevator and I was not notified. I am 68 with a bad knee and had to take the stairs 3 flights up with heavy luggage. The cleaning staff by 3 pm still did not clean my room until we notified the office. There was a palmetto bug in the room that night. We asked for extra coffee but did not receive any refills for the next day. The ice machines were 2 buildings over. I told the staff when I checked out and there was no compensations other than he would make sure I got 10,000 bonvoy points but that never happened.
