Staff was nice and helped with anything I needed, housekeeping was superb and always did a great job
If your coming back from Gatlinburg you have to do a weird U turn but other than that great location

The room is great, pools are clean and hot tubs. Great customer service. Breakfast was great sausage, eggs, waffles, fresh yogurt, cereal, toast, fruit, boiled eggs, biscuit and gravy. To go plates.
The area for breakfast is very small.
