It was a great stay! Everything was super clean and the staff was amazing. It is located in a great spot, halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We will be staying there in the future. We stay several times a year because we live close.
I really cannot think of anything we did not like.

Breakfast was fine but we were charged almost $40.00 per day for free breakfast.
Think the hotel needs to check into why your guest are being charged.

Great location. Staff was friendly and the room was cleaned every day. We had a river view room and the view was awesome!
A little outdated but wasn’t a big deal.

Location and layout of the room.
Rooms 105 and 106 are in the lobby area and everything can be heard from these rooms, especially at 4 a..m. The rooms are directly across from the elevators and ice machine. Luggage carts could be heard being rolled in and out could be heard as well as people talking/laughing loudly very early in the morning. When we mentioned this to the staff, very little was said , and instead we were given a look that communicated to us, that we were just easily annoyed and liked to complain. That was not the case. As much as we like the location, we will not be back.
