Everyone was helpful. Breakfast options for every taste and requirement. My husband and I are both disabled; I require oxygen 24/7 and he walks with a cane. Our room was great. Walk in shower, lots of grab bars and directly across from elevator. The room was more than we expected; 2 tvs and a sofa, microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. The bed was very comfortable; not too soft not too hard. Everything was clean and the carpet looked fairly new. We have to go back to the Mayo Clinic at end of October and I’ve already made my reservations.

We only spent the night so it met our expectations.
The battery on the remote needed to be replaced as it was difficult to change the channels

Shuttle to Mayo was good but needs to be more on time.
It was quiet in the hallways also that was a plus.
The breakfast was terrible. Juice machine out of order, you could have set out pitchers of juice. Waffle iron needs replaced, sticks even after spraying it. Beds not comfortable, Marriott needs to go above and beyond on their beds.
