I booked this hotel last minute due to bringing a loved one to Mayo Clinic and saw this hotel had a great rate, looked clean, and was right across the street/walkable from the hospital. The hotel was exactly as pictured (very clean!), comfortable bed, and the staff member at late-night check-in was very kind and even made a great DoorDash recommendation for restaurants open late. I recommended this hotel to another family member who came down to visit our loved one at Mayo and they too thought this hotel was great for proximity, ease, cleanliness, and unbeatable price. Will continue to recommend to others, especially those visiting the hospital.

Liked that there was a cafe available at the hotel. Helped with the stress levels of the trip.
The mattress could have been a little more comfortable. Otherwise everything was good. Very clean.

This is a safe bet. Very clean and nice rooms, near hospital, everything you need in lobby, food, etc. nice lobby and outdoor terrace to relax.

Very clean and modern
Was here four nights. Door key lock wouldn’t release unless multiple tries. Asked front desk for help. Didn’t get it fixed until 3rd day when door wouldn’t open at all then took over an hour to get maintenance to fix it.
Need to swipe garage door with room key to park. On 3rd day in heavy rain wouldn’t work. Had to park blocks away and in heavy rain run to front desk to get key rest so could park
