Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do! The neighborhood was the whole vibe! The stores, restaurants!! Love Orchard Street!
A/C on room 706 never worked as it should! It was cooler in the hallway!

The staff were perfect and made sure they did the best to accommodate us, the bed was very comfortable and the communal areas were really nice to have (the rooftop for sunsets and lounge for working or having a meal). It was also very helpful to have the coffee and microwave available.
The WiFi was sometimes working and sometimes not (the signal would sometimes be good and sometimes not reachable from our room on the 5th floor). The shower curtain in the bathroom allowed a lot of water to escape onto the floor and it was a bit strange to use tucked in sheets instead of a proper fitted duvet cover. Sometimes there was no warm water at all and it was only ever lukewarm at best (but not sure if this is the hotel’s fault or just how New York is designed).

Staff were great, and the room and bed were clean.
Somewhat noisy at night, but that’s just the area, so if a little background noise isn’t your thing this wouldn’t be your spot. Room was small and shower was cold, but other than that, all good.
