Very comfortable bed, slept on 10th floor, very minimal noise from the street on a busy Friday/Saturday night

location is always perfect and the room is always quiet
the room is small, and the bathroom is not easy to get ready in, but it's good for a short stay

Location was great!
Could use a little upkeep. Shades were very dirty. Wallpaper was leaking in our room.

Was central and the staff were very friendly - always willing to help as much as they could.
My room needed to be updated. For instance, the AC was leaking into a bucket which made noise throughout the night. The rooms look exactly the same as the pictures, but they’re tired and in need of an update. Picture is of a towel in a bucket next to the bed to stop the continual dripping throughout the night.
