The staff was amazing at this hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a nice decor. The rooms are spacious. I received a lovely birthday card and small gift on arrival.
The gym is a bit small. There are lots of machines and options, but it means it is very crowded. I wish there was a coffee machine in the room or free coffee/tea available. Location is at the far end of Kings Road. It was fine for us as we enjoy walking.

It's in a great location. But so is the nearby Hampton Inn.
I reserved through Booking.com and so I wasn't aware there'd be noisy construction all day every day. The breakfast wasn't up to Hampton Inn standards. And the state-operated parking lot onsite has a sign saying there's a maximum fee of $21 per 24 hours, but I was charged $46 for 21 hours.
