I loved the boutique theming. I liked that room service was an option. The size of the room was great but I suspect that’s because it was an accessible rooms and perhaps not all rooms were that large. I appreciated the water bottles in the room to fill at the water station.
My room window overlooked a wall. The room service menu wasn’t necessarily to my tastes. The coffee shop advertised a “signature” Cairo drink which sounded delicious but I was told they were out of the syrup to make it on each of the 3 days I was there and then was told it was “seasonal” which was odd. I wished there was an option of a vending machine with typical food items (I recognize it’s not aesthetic but it would have been a good option).

Location was great
Initially, we were placed in a room with a window that overlooked a dark, enclosed area, making us feel like there were no windows. We requested to move to a larger room, but the front desk was quite rude throughout our stay. Additionally, unless you claim your loungers from the pool at eight or earlier in the morning, you’ll likely not be able to get them.
