Very good location
The metal around the bed was extremely noisy. Anytime you moved.
The chair at the desk would not remain at the height you said it it always flattened out

We had a great 2 day stay! The staff, from front desk to house keeping was the best!
No complaints!

Good value, location, amenities
Easy check in
Pet-friendly
I booked online with Booking.com. Desk clerk did not read the email I sent ahead of time asking for a lower level and advising I was traveling with pets. When outside, he made a scene that I had my dogs and charged me $20 per dog which was not included when I reserved online. Booking.com showed that fees MAY apply and I believe that the fee was exorbinant.

Holiday rates seem to be double what the hotel is worth on normal days. Breakfast could be upgraded when the price goes up. There is no elevator so carrying luggage upstairs is a chore for someone my age.
