Lovely staff and a very comfortable room! One of the best places to stay in Brooklyn. Lots of great amenities near the hotel.

Only two negatives come to mind. The management is unyielding when it comes to early check-in. Even if you personally rent more than two rooms, no flexibility was offered. Even when the room was available.
One staff member was clueless about a locked safe upon our arrival, how to unlock it and once unlocked, leave it in a useful state without the bolt being extended. I spent too much time trying to resolve the issue. Instead, I used the safe in one of the other rooms we rented.
