Loved my stay

This was a geat place to stay for a visit to NYC. We had a great view of the city and we had a lot of space for the money compared to what we would have had in Manhattan. Honestly, our only complaint was the strong odor of marijauana every time we were in the hallway, even though there were no smoking signs in multiple places in the building. NYC in general smelled of marijauana in a lot of places, so be prepared for that if you're not used to it.
This unit was comfortable and made for a nice place to come back to every day and relax a bit before going back out into the city. Also everything we needed was close by, transportation, groceries, restaurants etc.

The hotel check in process could have been much smoother. Having to use multiple apps created an unnecessary barrier just to access the property and unit.
That said, the unit itself was spacious and had a nice view of the city. Unfortunately, the carpet was noticeably dirty, to the point that the bottoms of my socks were visibly soiled after walking around. The walls are also quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can easily be heard.
The neighborhood, however, is a 10/10. It’s easily one of the best areas to stay in NYC, with a great location and plenty nearby.
