It is good hotel in a very good area.
Nothing to complain about.

The room we booked was not available on the 1st floor. No elevator, but the manager came in and gave us a comp. upgrade. (That gave us 1st floor.) Continental breakfast was good.
No elevator

The front desk staff was very accommodating. I needed to borrow a charging brick for my iPad and it was lent to me very graciously . The breakfast was adequate.
I had to wipe up some water my dog spilled and the floor was tile floor was really dirty.

Better than reviews would have indicated. It was the weekend of Buffalo/New England game and no availablity in area.
Odor in room on arrival that was controlled with febreze and opening the window to air out. The odor was back on the third day so maybe a good carpet cleaning would eliminate it. One bed was good. The other needs replacing.
