Great breakfast, excellent room, professional staff
The price was double any of the other hotels booked for our Erie Canal bicycle trip

Food was basic but good. Staff not visible, had to find someone to refill both regular coffee urns.

Austin was fantastic. The beds were great.
For a renovated hotel that just officially reopened - the wall paper in the bathroom should not be pulling from the wall. There was an issue with the keys not staying active. We returned to the desk multiple times for keys. The one desk person -Leila was rude to guests, rude to other staff members, and bad mouthed the manager.
