for a continental breakfast it was quite surprisingly decent.
handle for the toilet to flush was very hard. wish there were extra towels for 3 guests.

The property was a little outside of town so it was quiet.
We had a second floor room which was great but our balcony was inaccessible. We were very disappointed by that.

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were great. Grounds....well kept. Loved the little sitting areas.
The breakfast was terrible. We arrived at breakfast at 8 am, and most of it was gone. Biscuits and gravy...empty. Hard-boiled eggs....one. Breads were stale. English muffins....hard as a rock. choices...few. No meats at all.
We were unable to get the liquid soap in the room out of the tube. It was so old it had jelled. No in-room coffee/tea service.
